Minna no uta – ma vie en chanson, explore the way individual can transposed their day-to-day stories through pop culture, in the context of Quebec and Japan. Through this project, we exchanged personal stories, as a weekly journal, sent by postcard between Montreal and Tokyo. We each take turn to chose a pop local songs that reflect the personal stories, performed it in a karaoke (taverns, karaoke boxes), and disseminated it on a blog. In collaboration with Keiko Saito.
